Rental Process

All submitted applications must be completed with all of the applicable documents. Each adult in the household must complete an application and it must be submitted for review. Incomplete or missing applications for the entire household will not be processed until all are received.

Please allow 7 business days for your application(s) to be reviewed.

Completing an application does not guarantee approval.

Requirements for Qualification

• We follow all Fair Housing Guidelines and applicants must be aware of our selection criteria.
• Each applicant 18 years of age and older must complete an Application and Authorization of Release Form.​
• All applicants must fill out the CHAF Application with NO blanks. If something does not apply to you, please write “NONE”.
• Each person residing at the rental unit must be listed as an occupant regardless of age.

Pet Application

• ONLY small-sized dogs and cats (25 pounds and under) are permitted on our properties.
• ALL PETS must be registered with management (in application), some restrictions apply.
• A non-refundable pet fee is required, $250 per pet. The maximum number of pets allowed per rental unit is two (2).
• A monthly $20 pet rent is due for each pet, added to your rent.
