We are looking for someone that has experience in the rental business with daily tickets for repairs to making units ready for rent.

• We have many locations in the St Petersburg area.
• Need to be a positive team player, self-motivated, ability to work independently. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs, and basic troubleshooting for HVAC. (Certification a plus)
• Knowledge to make repairs to stoves, frig, and dishwashers.
• Must have a clean driver’s license and insurance.
• Truck or van to travel between properties and carry supplies.
• Mileage reimbursement.
• Need own hand tools.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms, hands, and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or lifts 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons).
Also, the job is on call. We have a rotation where you might have it once every 5 or 6 weeks.
